CHRISTIE'S | Remington Realty Croatia participated in Adria Luxury Summit

Premium regional business conference Adria Luxury Summit, organized by Adria Media Zagreb, for the second time brought together regional leaders in the segment of luxury industry and business. Representatives of global companies gathered at the Esplanade Hotel Zagreb on November 12, with a limited number of By Invitation Only participants and in accordance with epidemiological measures, to provide answers to questions about future investments, business trends and growth projections through interesting panels and excellent examples.

Major changes and vision of the future were the focus of this year's topics and panels, which confirmed the Adria Luxury Summit as an ideal place to get acquainted with the future of the luxury industry, establish new contacts and discover new business opportunities.

Ivan Kovačić, CEO of Remington Realty - Christie’s International Real Estate, shared his experience at the LUXURY INVESTMENTS panel and the topic of the importance of investing in culture and real estate as a reflection of awareness. The panel was also attended by Veljko Marton, collector and owner of Martimex, and Branko Franceschi, director of the Modern Gallery.

All panelists agreed that the projects, in which will be investing in the future, will not necessarily be of the classic format and will not always attract attention with the size of the investment, but with the unique content and experience. Despite the year marked by the Covid-19 pandemic, the interlocutors and guests of the Adria Luxury Summit agreed that the luxury offer of the region and the development in that direction will be a strong driver of the economy in the years to come. They confirmed this with their experience and development plans, which will be discussed at the next Adria Luxury Summit in 2021.
