This project of modern villas is located in a quiet and beautiful village not far from Pula, just 450 meters from the sea.

The project consists of 4 modern villas. The villas will be built with classic construction using bricks and concrete, which are also excellent heat insulators. The outside of each villa is lined with travertine stone.

ALU carpentry with 6 chambers and three-layer glass is installed on each of the villas.

Each villa has its own heating, cooling and domestic hot water system via heat pumps and air conditioners from the top Japanese manufacturer MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES. Heating of each room of the villa is provided by an underfloor heating system, while cooling of each room is provided by a multisplit air conditioners.

This property is owned by limited liability company. The asking prices increases by the amount of the VAT (25%), which amount can be reclaimed in case the buyer is an LLC registered in VIES database.
