This beautiful house of modern architecture with traditional elements is located 15 minutes drive from the city of Rovinj and Rovinj's beaches.

The house is located on a plot of 300m2, which is completely fenced and where there are 4 parking spaces and a swimming pool of 26m2.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a thermal fireplace, a kitchen with a dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with a small balcony, and each with its own bathroom, while the part of the floor above the living room has a large net where you can stay. One room on the first floor have skylights and a gallery that can be used for extra beds or for storing things.

The heating is underfloor, plus central radiators, and air conditioners are installed in all rooms.
